The Anatomy of a Pentest - The Art & Science of Federal Penetration Testing was presented in March of 2013 to a general audience of students and industry professionals. The goal of the presentation was to communicate the framework and structure required to run a penetration testing team. The presentation briefly defines the different assessment types, the consistency of the team, the mindset of an ideal member, the hardware seen within the industry, how to deal with your federal counterpart, time lining, reporting, and finally briefing.
